In Stryker’s risk-based compliance approach, you will support the implementation and effectiveness of the Join Replacement Compliance program to enable business results and effectively manage compliance risk for the company. Stryker’s Joint Replacement business includes robotics and enabling technologies which provide unique compliance challenges. You will support the Joint Replacement compliance program to detect and mitigate compliance risk while ensuring alignment to the business and global Compliance strategy and plan.
