The North America team is currently looking for a Compliance Manager for our Assumption, IL, facility. The ideal candidate will assist with anti-bribery, anti-corruption, data privacy, and similar compliance efforts, primarily across North America. You’ll work closely within our legal team, supporting compliance activities and handling other legal and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, small-team environment. This is an exciting chance for someone with compliance experience to jump in at the ground level as we build our compliance program post-carve out.
Your Impact
Draft, implement and monitor anti-bribery and anti-corruption (e.g., FCPA) and data privacy (e.g., CCPA) compliance programs in North America Help conduct risk assessments and monitoring, documenting findings and supporting follow-up actions as directed Support employee training on compliance policies, preparing materials and coordinating sessions for staff Maintain and organize compliance records, reports, and documentation to ensure audit readiness Handle other administrative duties for the legal department as needed, such as standardized contracting, tracking litigation deadlines, answering business queries related to compliance topics, and assisting with policy updates and data reviews
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal support, or administration Basic understanding of U.S. regulations like FCPA or CCPA (GDPR experience is a plus) Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite of productsPlease note that candidates may be considered for a Compliance Specialist role if not all qualifications are met.
Your Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual salary for this role will be $65,000 - $105,000, plus a 7 - 10% bonus target. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
