Compliance Monitoring Analyst

The Compliance Monitoring Analyst reports to the Compliance Sr. Manager and is primarily responsible for executing monitoring activities within DaVita’s regulatory compliance monitoring program.  This role is responsible for designing, maintaining and continuously improving upon compliance monitoring activities that mitigate risk to DaVita, ensuring practices, procedures and policies comply with federal and state rules and regulations, company policies and guidelines.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Primary focus:

Perform compliance monitoring activities to verify accuracy of data and adherence to policies and processesAnalyze, investigate and resolve concerns that arise from monitoring activitiesDevelop and maintain detailed documentation of monitoring activitiesCollect data, analyze and summarize metrics and trends for upper managementProvide education, guidance and corrective action to teammates of various levelsDevelop and project manage initiatives that include clear objectives, milestones and action itemsMaintain appropriate confidentiality with personal and sensitive data

Minimum Qualifications:

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field requiredMinimum of two (2) years’ experience in the healthcare or operational/business setting requiredDemonstrated skills in data analysis and project management with strong attention to detail requiredEffective time management and organization skills required to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlinesAdvanced skills in MS Excel requiredProficiency in big data analysis, development and maintenance of relational databases, and/or building complex queries and macros preferredExperience with MC Access, SQL, VBA, Tableau or similar, a plusKnowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning, a plusStrong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact professionally and positively with teammates at various levels across the company
