Compliance Operational Enablement Head
Job Description

To manage and improve the implementation of operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the compliance strategy to support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and programme delivery planning within the group and segment compliance teamsPlan, direct and coordinate the activities of enterprise-wide projects to ensure that project goals are accomplishedDemonstrate leadership behaviour through personal involvement, commitment and dedication in support of organisational valuesManage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectivesAnalyse information and reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposesDeploys integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks throughout area of responsibilityEnsure optimised customer experience and service throughout the value chainAnalyse information and reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposesIdentify, drive and implement ideas, policies, procedures, standards and frameworks to enhance sales and increase profit and manage future fit practiceAchieve integration of processes in areas of responsibility in collaboration with other areas, delivering required service levels by monitoring operational requirements and the overall running costs in relation to  productivity ratios, maintaining targeted outputs and financial disciplinePlan, direct and coordinate the activities of enterprise-wide projects to ensure that project goals are accomplishedManage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectivesJob Details
