Our client, a financial services company located in Waltham, is seeking a Compliance Operations Analyst. This is a temporary opportunity and can compensate up to $21.50/hr. depending on experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration!

Key Responsibilities

Generate administrative reports to support ongoing team tasks and monitor advisor activity.Record and analyze outside trade data to identify potential advisor trade conflicts.Assist with ad-hoc projects, gathering data for regulatory reviews and internal audits.Provide data to the Compliance Technology team to facilitate automated surveillance processes.

Fundamental understanding of the financial services industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.Patient and adaptable, comfortable with repetitive tasks.Ability to follow direction while working both independently and collaboratively.
