The Cisco Wireless Meraki Hardware team is searching for a Program Manager to help bring our enterprise-grade products to the global market. Our current hardware portfolio includes wireless LAN, switching, security appliances, IoT, and security cameras which are all managed through our cloud dashboard.
This dynamic role requires a technical background and an organized, meticulous demeanor. You will work cross-departmentally with other compliance experts, software, operations, product management, legal and support teams to ensure our products meet both domestic and international regulatory requirements for global sale. This position may involve minor international travel.
Duties:
* Handle regulatory programs with our JDM partners and labs through the US/Canada/Europe and International certification process
* Communicate various radio/safety/EMC/environmental concerns to the appropriate parties and drive resolution
* Manage sustaining programs, including renewals, by pulling expiration reports and coordinating with compliance labs, agencies, and providers
* Complete vital standards upgrades, manage sustaining projects, and keep focused with regulatory trends
* Assist the compliance team with project and program coordination
* Collaborate with Product Ops and other GTM teams to launch products on a global scale
* Set expectations for global access for Product Management and Sales teams
Requirements:
* Bachelors or Masters degree from a top-tier university
* Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience leading technical programs or projects
* Global market access and international approvals experience
* Proven ability to work effectively in a changing, growing environment across multiple teams
* Cultural competence and understanding of Taiwanese and Chinese cultures
* Mandarin fluency
Nice to Have:
* EE or other relevant technical Bachelors or Masters degree

* Clear communicator with command presence
* Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
* Strong desire and willingness to learn on the fly
