Compliance Risk Management Officer - Associate

As a Compliance Risk Management Officer Associate within JPMC's Risk Management and Compliance's, Global Compliance, Conduct, & Operational Risk (CCOR) department in the Office of Fair Lending (OFL), you will partner with internal stakeholders within CCOR and Legal to assess and drive process transformation and optimization. Your expanded responsibilities could include assessment and analysis of fair lending data, procedure review and repository oversight and ownership.
Your position will reside within OFL Operations, responsible for the execution of the following Core Practices: Governance and Oversight, Regulatory Management, Policies and Procedures, Training and Awareness, Continuous Monitoring and Testing, and Fair Lending Risk Assessment Reporting. You will report to the OFL Operations, Program Management, Vice President who is responsible for governance and oversight of JPMC's Fair Lending program covering all lines of business.
Job Responsibilities :
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement enhancements for existing processes and/or business applications, introduce new processes and/or toolsets, and engage in process re-engineering
+ Serve as an advisor to the team on best practices for collecting and analyzing data on the impact of various change initiatives
+ Support change management activities by helping to develop communication plans, training materials, and transition strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
+ Develop management, stakeholder, or regulator presentations to communicate issues, recommendations, and status of initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ Degreed individual, with 3+ years of experience in financial services - including roles in Consumer Compliance, operational risk, enterprise risk programs, process improvement or a similar regulated background
+ Experience in defining and documenting processes, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring adherence to established (compliant) frameworks
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving, focusing on collaborative and creative solutions
+ Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities, with an emphasis on clarity and inclusivity
+ Strong time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment
+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, regulatory-focused environment, adapting to change and embracing new challenges
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ Familiarity with project management principles, including task prioritization and time management, and experience with tools like JIRA is a plus
+ Proficiency in leveraging large language models (LLMs) is a plus, and we encourage candidates eager to learn and grow in the use of this evolving technology
+ Fair Lending would be a plus
