Compliance Services Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Vehicle Asset Coordinator to manage and oversee critical aspects of company vehicle operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with various departments, vendors, and clients to ensure compliance and efficiency across all vehicle-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage Vehicle Documentation: Oversee and process all paperwork related to company-managed vehicle assets to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
+ Vendor Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with trusted vendors, such as the DMV, to enhance industry partnerships and ensure smooth transactions.
+ Track Legal Compliance: Maintain comprehensive tracking systems to guarantee all company vehicles are legally operational, including regulatory updates and renewals.
+ Leadership and Workflow Management: Lead daily workflows, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and escalate issues to supervisors as needed to maintain high-quality standards.
+ Process Improvement: Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal processes to ensure consistency and optimize operational efficiency.
+ Legislative Research: Stay current with changes in legislation that affect vehicle-related transactions, report findings, and collaborate on system updates.
+ Client Issue Resolution: Collaborate with supervisors to address and resolve client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
+ Metrics and Reporting: Identify potential issues affecting performance metrics and propose solutions to maintain high standards.
+ Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a resource for the development of new processes and system improvements.
+ Transaction Monitoring: Monitor outlier reports and follow up to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
+ Training and Mentorship: Mentor and train new specialists to build their skills and ensure team success.
+ Inbound Compliance Support: Assist with inbound compliance responses as necessary to maintain operational integrity.
+ Notary Services: Provide notary services when needed, including notarizing documents and affidavits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ 3-5 years of office experience, particularly with handling high volumes of paperwork
+ Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with Salesforce (preferred)
+ Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
+ Basic math functions for transaction tracking and reporting
+ High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus)
+ Consistent job tenure and work history
+ Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
+ Technology-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and office software
Experience Level: Intermediate

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00
11 paid holidays, 15 vacation days (increasing after 4 years of service), 6 days of paid leave per year, Blue Cross Blue Shield medical benefits, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401k (with 3% match +50% on the next 2% of contributions), many other discounts
