Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Conduct site visits which include travel throughout the state of GA to inspect assets and records for accuracy
+ Review financial documents to ensure assets are captured correctly
+ Maintain accountability of all assets
+ Recommends programmatic and/or operational changes based on review
+ Manage the data management and quality assurance functions
+ Determines compliance with applicable state and/or federal rules and regulations
+ Monitors, tracks and maintains records on compliance
+ Maintain current list of property coordinators and contact data
+ Maintains an inventory of property by utilizing the appropriate management systems and databases. This included entering, making changes and adjustments.
+ Reconcile agencyโs annual inventory
+ Communicates with customers and obtains all required information necessary to determine and address specific needs
+ Provided technical assistance, support, and training to agency property coordinators
+ Receive additional training, as required, to gain full proficiency and experience in all areas
+ Serves as job expert or organization resource in assigned areas
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High School diploma/GED and two (2) years of job-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Familiar with TeamWorks Asset Management Module
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
