Location: Hybrid/Corporate Office, Rockledge, FL
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Specialist to oversee government contract requirements and Joint Commission standards for our quality assurance/compliance department. This role is essential in ensuring our healthcare professionals meet all necessary compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of clerical/administrative experience in government contracting, auditing, or a medical settingExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), TEAMS, and internet research toolsAuditing or credentialing experience in a medical field is a plusExcellent communication skills, particularly over the phoneAbility to multitask and follow through on assignmentsKnowledge of Joint Commission Standards preferredStrong time management skills with the ability to work independentlyProven ability to effectively resolve customer conflictsTeam player with excellent verbal and written communication skillsCore Duties:Enter, update, and maintain records and informationAssist with annual reviews to meet Joint Commission standards and contract requirementsProvide general office support, including auditing files and other administrative tasksResearch data, review various documents, and assist in editing and formattingPrepare and run various monthly reports and metricsHandle phone calls and direct inquiries as neededCommunicate with field personnel to ensure accurate and timely documentation and reportingMonitor company compliance and effectivenessUtilize software to track ongoing projects to completionManage customer service and escalation issues to minimize conflictSpecial Requirements/Skills:International Organizational for Standardization (ISO) experience Preferred.
