Compliance Specialist

**Job Description**
As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for for ensuring that all compliance efforts related to safety and fleet management are effectively managed for a specific location or region.
Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
+ Provide guidance on compliance issues, training, and support to employees at all levels.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes.
+ Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure organizational adherence to relevant laws and standards. Responsible for due diligence of our Third-Party Risk Management providers.
**Skills/Qualifications**
Required
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
+ Minimum 1 - 2 years business experience
