Job Summary:
Join our dedicated Compliance team as a Compliance Support Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our organization adheres to the highest standards of compliance. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Directors of Compliance and Compliance Partners, contributing to the development and implementation of essential compliance programs. Your efforts will help safeguard our mission of providing quality services while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for compliance and integrity.

In this role, you will provide ongoing support to the Compliance department, assisting in the coordination of compliance activities and ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Your analytical skills will be essential in monitoring compliance-related activities and developing strategies to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the management and maintenance of compliance programs, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with Directors of Compliance and Compliance Partners to monitor compliance-related activities and develop mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Support the implementation of compliance policies and initiatives, including assisting with committee minutes and policy management.
• Monitor new employees' awareness of compliance program requirements and ensure timely completion of training.
• Investigate hotline calls, complaints, and reports of misconduct, ensuring thorough documentation and analysis.
• Develop and distribute compliance surveys, collecting and analyzing response data.
• Provide internal communications support as requested by Directors of Compliance and Compliance Partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferred
• Experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder services, preferred
• Experience in healthcare-related compliance, preferred

Additional Qualifications:
• Ability to interact and work effectively with diverse teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and research skills specific to corporate investigations
• Familiarity with coding, billing, and clinical documentation requirements
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance

Physical Requirements:
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
• Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
