Compliance & Systems Lead
Job Description

This role will act as the compliance support for the site. The person in this role will be responsible to drive internal external audits, performance monitoring and HACCP reviews on the site. Please note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive internal and external site audits. Responsible for daily walk throughs, golden rules and scheduling of internal audits. Support the Lead with risk assessments & HACCP reviews. Participate and drive regulatory and customer audits. Provide support with auditing the prerequisite standards. Driving the close out of internal and external audits. Working with cross functional teams (CI, EHS, Maintenance and Engineering) for maintaining site internal compliance.

About you:

FMCG experience desirable. Degree in science. Understand of HACCP, FCP (Food Control Plan) and MPI requirements. Ability to work as a part of the team. Ability to take ownership and be accountable for the site internal/ external compliance.
