What you need:
As our Associate Manager, Compliance Technical Solutions, you will assist in overseeing the team responsible for the delivery and support of Compliance technical solutions, however this is NOT a people manager role. You will be a manager of the processes and procedures only. You will be involved in leading complex projects, managing resources, and ensuring the successful technical implementation of solutions. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing emerging compliance risks and opportunities as well as training technology users on the compliance platforms supported by this team.
Translate complex user needs into clear technical specifications.
Map complex processes to identify opportunities for significant optimization.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between compliance, analytics, and systems teams.
Develop comprehensive documentation to create a knowledge base for future success and support ongoing operations.
Serve as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for Global Compliance systems.
Provide advanced end-user support, training, and troubleshooting.
Perform complex maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
What you need:
Required:
B.A. or B.S from accredited university.
Minimum of 6 years of work experience.
2+ years' experience creating dashboards using visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View, and Spotfire.
2+ years creating applications with low-code platforms such as Appian, MS Power Apps, Salesforce, etc.
Preferred:
2+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of the required elements of effective Compliance programs and relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., AdvaMed/PhRMA Codes, DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs, OIG Elements of an Effective Compliance Program) preferred
$$85,500 - $182,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
