Summary: Seeking a Component Quality Guarantor to lead quality assurance efforts and ensure products meet established standards.

Requirements:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality Engineering or related field 2-3 years in people management Familiarity with quality protocols and understanding of ISO requirements preferred Knowledge of APQP, AIAG formats, measurement systems (e.g., bore gauges, depth gauges), ECNs, CAR, PPAP, PFMEA preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

Automotive or agricultural assembly experience Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation and GD&T Experience with Lean Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

Lead the team of Quality Tech on all shifts Develop PPAP information for manufactured products Provide quality support to new product development and cost reduction programs Work with suppliers to correct quality issues through CARs and audits Conduct process audits throughout the plant Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
