We are Grapevine Overhaul & Repair

At the Grapevine Overhaul & Repair facility we perform a variety of composite/metal repairs on Sikorsky U\.S\. Military and commercial Main Rotor Blades and Tail Rotor Blades\.
**THE WORK**
• Bond a variety of dissimilar materials \(composite, laminate, or metal\) assemblies, parts, skins, components, equipment or structures\.
• Fabricate sub\-assembly parts for the purpose of pre\-fitting or lay\-up to be used in next and/or final assembly completion\.
• Measure, mix and apply different types of bonding adhesives, epoxies or acids\.
• Operate various equipment, fixtures or controllers to adhere to specifications called out by engineering work instructions to maintain and control heat and/or pressure dependent on adhesives and material used in the bonding processes\.

This position is in Grapevine, TX
**Basic Qualifications:**
• 1 year of experience in a Manufacturing environment or equivalent\.
• High School Diploma or GED\.
• Read and follow written work instructions\.
• Utilize multiple different styles of air pneumatic sanding tools such as palm sanders and right\-angle die grinders\.
• Ability to vacuum bag different size parts with unusual angles and contours\.
• Lay out, mark and cut different composite or metallic materials with tight tolerances, specified dimensions, patterns and desired assembly templates\.
This is a safety\-sensitive job covered by the U\.S\. DOT’s Federal Aviation Administration \(FAA\) regulations require that you participate in a drug testing program for the following drugs: Marijuana \- Opioids \- Cocaine \- Amphetamines \- Phencyclidine or a metabolite of these drugs\.
**Desired Skills:**
• 6 months of experience specifically in Aviation Overhaul & Repair\.
• Sanding experience related to Composite Materials\.
• Ability to read and decipher electrical and/or engineering drawings\.
• Knowledge and experience with lean and continuous improvement methodologies\.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products \(Word/Excel\)
• Be able to work any shift as needed\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
