**Composite Technician** **Day Shift $20/hr-$30/hr** **Poway, CA** **Job Description** + We are seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join our team and work closely with Engineers. + This role involves building up, fabricating, curing, and assembling various types of composite materials in a dynamic and innovative environment. **Responsibilities** + Build up, fabricate, cure, and assemble composite materials with minimal supervision. + Work in a loud environment with a variety of epoxy agents. + Perform 80% layup and 20% assembly tasks. + Interpret engineering drawings and diagrams that may not contain detailed information of all operations. + Read and understand blueprints, diagrams, process sheets, assembly, and schematic drawings. **Essential Skills** + Experience with composite materials and fabrication. + Proficiency with laser projection and laying down plys. + Skilled in production composite layup and lamination. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in Aerospace. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work under minimal supervision. + Experience working in a loud environment with epoxy agents. + Strong understanding of engineering drawings and diagrams. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
