Job Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience or demonstrated competency

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

Preferred Skills:

Experience as a Machine Operator preferred

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Familiarity with chemicals, solvents, and primers beneficial

Competence in basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite

Effective attention to detail and strong English communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Utilize solvents and mix compounds according to product specifications

Read work orders, batch cards, and blueprints for machine setup and operation

Ensure correct raw materials, tools, and equipment are available for operations

Use measuring devices such as calipers and verniers for quality evaluation

Accurately complete documentation and reporting requirements on time

Package products/materials properly for workflow completion

Communicate between departments regarding issues; notify leaders/engineers as needed

Work cross-functionally in designated areas to support overall business needs

Support LEAN initiatives, High Performance teams, training/shadowing new staff

Maintain safety standards; use appropriate PPE in designated areas
