**Job Title: Compunder** **Job Description** Pay: $21-25/hr Shift: 1st and 3rd shift! (2-2-3 off schedule) • Mix, compound, process, test, adjust and modify ingredients to successfully carry out and complete the manufacturing process of various personal care products. • Continually communicate with the Compounding Supervisor/Manager and staff to ensure production of top-quality finished goods. • Responsible for consistent observance of GMP, SOP, and Safety Procedures. • Maintain proper handling and storage of materials needed for production. • Attend all Company training encompassing GMP, SOP, SAFETY and cross training to expand employee capabilities. • Must be flexible and open to fair share of overtime, including weekends, based on business needs. • Flexibility to extend start/stop times and cover other shifts when necessary as backup. **Hard Skills** + Mechanically inclined + Manufacturing experience (previous experience as a compounder is a plus) + Basic math and reading **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in NEW ALBANY, Ohio. **Work Environment** Manufacturing environment, Clean, Pants, and close-toed shoes. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
