**Job Title: Compounder** **Job Description** As a Compounder, you will manufacture a customer’s product by following a set of written instructions. This role involves interpreting and executing these instructions to produce a bulk product that meets the customer’s specifications. The manufacturing process must comply with our SOP and the FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices Regulations. Compensation is determined by successful completion and verification of levels in the Compounder Skill Level Chart. **Hard Skills** + Manufacturing equipment setup + Scanning labor activities into a central computer system + Documenting batch activities in equipment logbooks + Verifying manufacturing equipment suitability + Raw material barcode and batch card verification + Process deviation reporting + Bulk product sampling coordination + Bulk storage tank preparation and unloading + Daily manufacturing system monitoring + DI water sample provision + Minor preventative equipment maintenance + Scheduled cleaning and painting of manufacturing areas and equipment **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Ability to follow written instructions + Communication with supervisors and Quality Assurance Group + Prompt and courteous interfacing with employees and visitors **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 640 Hour(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Lakewood, New Jersey. **Work Environment** 2nd Shift Opening Monday-Friday , 3pm-11:30pm, $21-23/hr. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
