**Compounder** **Job Description** **Responsible for manufacturing flavors (powders, spray dry, liquids, emulsions, and extracts) according to formulations on each batch ticket.** **Responsibilities** + **Manufacture flavors according to formulations on each batch ticket.** + **Assemble batches with a focus on food safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy.** + **Operate machinery such as mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks.** + **Ensure the correct finished product quantity and label requirements.** + **Read labels on raw materials and follow safety procedures.** **Essential Skills** + **Experience with batch mixing, blending, and processing.** + **Familiarity with operating mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks.** + **Knowledge of SQF and GMP standards.** **Work Environment** **This role is based in a food GMP environment with strong smells due to the nature of our products. Employees are required to wear steel toe shoes, hair nets, and are not allowed to wear jewelry.
