**Job Title: Compounder** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Compounder at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. As a Compounder, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality personal care products, including soaps, lotions, and body washes. This position involves measuring and mixing materials to form batches of product for the filling machines. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently. **Responsibilities** + Measure and mix materials to create batches for filling machines. + Ensure accurate weighing and blending of raw materials. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow FDA regulations and company policies. + Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the batching process. + Operate forklifts (for certain shifts). + Perform basic shop math to ensure accuracy in measurements. **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing. + Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. + Proficiency in basic shop math. + Experience with forklifts (not required for pre-weigh). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in compounding. + Experience in batching. + Experience in chemical operations. + Experience in sanitation and general production. **Why Work Here?** Tons of opportunity for advancement! It is very climate controlled. There are about 200+ individuals working at the plant, so candidates will need to be comfortable with that size of a facility. Shifts available: 1st shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM), 2nd shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM), and 6 AM - 6 PM with a rotating schedule.
