**Compounder** **20.00-24.00 per hour!!!!** **Job Overview:** + As a general production operator, employees will be monitoring compounding machines, fillers, mixers, and utilizing measuring instruments. + Employees will be tasked with performing production associate based tasks. + Employees will be performing general machine operation. **Job Responsibilities:** + Operating machines affiliated with the production process. + Performing quality inspections on finished products. + Perform minor troubleshooting of machine they are operating. + Perform production tasks related to machine operation and material handling **Qualifications:** + Over 3 years Experience in a manufacturing facility + Experience operating a machine in an industrial facility + Experience with production, machine operation, or maintaining machinery **Work Environment:** + 1st/3rd Shift + Manufacturing Facility + 2-2-3 schedule + Steel toe boots, jeans/work pants, protective eye wear + Non-climate controlled facility **Benefits & Perks:** + 401k, health, vision, dental + Pension!!! + 20.00-22.00 per hour + Holiday pay + Weekly Pay + Career Advancement **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
