Job Description

As a Chemical Compounding Operator, you will produce batches of coatings and paints by following Batch Tickets to meet both customer and company specifications. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

ResponsibilitiesProduce batches of coatings and paints according to Batch Tickets.Follow detailed production instructions to meet customer and company specifications.Ensure accurate mixing, chemical blending, and compounding processes.Maintain compliance with GMP standards during production.Document batch records accurately and timely.Perform sanitation duties as required to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Essential SkillsExperience in batching, blending, or manufacturing with liquid-based products.Strong understanding of chemical mixing and compounding processes.Ability to follow detailed Batch Tickets and production instructions.Positive attendance record.Knowledge of GMP standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in chemical manufacturing or food manufacturing is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication skills.Work Environment

The work environment includes various shift options: Monday to Friday 6 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday to Friday 2 p.m. – 10 p.m., and Sunday to Thursday 10 p.m. – 6 a.m. Training for all shifts will take place from 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. for one week. The role offers opportunities for overtime, with some employees working up to 80 hours a week. The facility emphasizes a clean and safe work environment, adhering to GMP standards.
