Job Title: Compounder
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compounder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and weighing various types of liquid and solid raw materials, including chemicals and essential oils. You will utilize and maintain two-stage homogenizers and shearmills to produce flavor emulsions, blend and mix ingredients for intermediate use and finished products, and perform sanitation duties including CIP and COP.

ResponsibilitiesHandle and weigh various types of liquid and solid raw materials, including chemicals and essential oils.Utilize and maintain two-stage homogenizers and shearmills to produce flavor emulsions.Blend and mix ingredients for intermediate use and finished products.Perform sanitation duties including CIP (Clean-In-Place) and COP (Clean-Out-of-Place).Perform related duties as assigned by the manager in the Lab.Essential Skills2-3 years of experience compounding liquids in the food and beverage industry.2-3 years of experience with homogenizers.2-3 years of experience with emulsification.Experience in the food and beverage industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of the food and beverage industry.Experience with homogenizers and emulsification processes.Work Environment
