**Job Title: Compounder** **Job Description** The Batch Processer is responsible for manufacturing flavors (powders, spray dry, liquids, emulsions, and extracts) according to formulations on each batch ticket. This role involves assembling the batches with priorities on food safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy. The individual may operate machinery such as mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks. Attention to detail, the ability to read labels on raw materials, and adherence to safety procedures are essential. Candidates should be aware that there is a strong smell because the company specializes in flavors. Employees are required to wear steel-toe shoes, a hair net, and no jewelry. A uniform and locker for personal belongings will be provided.
