Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Compounders. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and mixing materials to form batches of product for the filling machines. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in production, compounding, and manufacturing to contribute to a dynamic team in a clean and climate-controlled environment.

ResponsibilitiesMeasure and mix materials to form batches of product.Operate filling machines efficiently.Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of work areas.Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.Lift up to 50 lbs consistently.Essential SkillsExperience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in compounding and batching.Forklift operation experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is in a very clean and climate-controlled manufacturing environment regulated by the FDA. With over 200+ individuals working at the plant, candidates must be comfortable working in a large facility. We offer various shifts including 1st shift (6:30AM-3PM), 2nd shift (2:30PM-11PM), 3rd shift (10:30PM-7AM), AM-Weekend (6AM-6PM Sat-Mon), PM-Weekend (6PM-6AM Fri-Sun), and PM-Weekend (6PM-6AM Sat-Mon).

This is a Permanent position based out of Groveport, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $50440.00

Medical, Dental and Vision plan. 401K w/ 100% match on first 3% and 50% match on next 2. Short term and long term disability, EAP program.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Groveport,OH.
