Offers employees the opportunity to progress into other positions throughout the plant beyond their current department. Employees will receive a pay increase after completing initial training in 3 months. Work Environment
3 on 3 off rotating schedule between 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, effectively working only 6 months out of the year due to the 12-hour shifts. Availability for overtime as needed for vacation and call-out coverage is required. Training will be provided for both utility operator and fermentation operator processes.
