**Job Title: Compounder** **Job Description** We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our compounding group. As a compounder, you will be responsible for measuring and mixing materials to form batches of products such as soaps, lotions, and body washes. This role requires physical stamina as you will need to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. **Responsibilities** + Measure and mix materials to form product batches for filling machines + Ensure accurate formulation of products according to specified guidelines + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area + Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols + Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the compounding process **Essential Skills** + Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently + Strong attention to detail + Capability to follow precise instructions and measurement **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Groveport, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $50440.00/yr. Medical, Dental and Vision plan. 401K w/ 100% match on first 3% and 50% match on next 2.
