Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented compounders to join our manufacturing team. As a compounder, you will be responsible for measuring and mixing materials to form batches of personal care products, such as soaps, lotions, and body washes, for the filling machines. This role requires physical stamina as you will need to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
ResponsibilitiesMeasure and mix materials to form batches of personal care productsEnsure all compounds are prepared accurately and efficiently for the filling machinesMaintain cleanliness and sanitation in the compounding areaFollow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelinesMonitor and adjust machinery to ensure proper operationTroubleshoot any issues that arise during the compounding processMaintain accurate records of batches and materials usedEssential SkillsExperience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)Knowledge of production, batching, and compounding processesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs consistentlyAttention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with forklift operationBackground in chemical operations, manufacturing, or sanitationExperience in machine operation, assembly, and troubleshootingKnowledge of batch making and packagingSkills in carpentry, auto mechanics, or construction
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $50440.00/yr.
Medical, Dental and Vision plan. 401K w/ 100% match on first 3% and 50% match on next 2. Short term and long term disability, EAP program.

This is a fully onsite position in Groveport,OH.
