This position requires two to three years as a Compounder II or equivalent experience. **Key Activities/Responsibilities:** + Performs nonsterile and aseptic compounding activities as per batch record documentation. + Must be able to compound Level 1, 2, 3 batches proficiently (Level 1: simple sterile solutions; Level 2: multiphase sterile solutions; suspensions, ointments; Level 3: suspensions or other processes that require special equipment i.e ball mill). + Must be able to perform training for Level 1,2, and 3 batches and activities. + Document information correctly in batch records, CAMS (operator access level), and area logbooks. + Reviews and verifies batch record entries. + Prepares major and miscellaneous compounding equipment for use. + Cleans equipment and performs rinse water testing. + Performs sterilization of compounding equipment. + Performs filter integrity testing. Prepares filters for sterilization. + Performs environmental monitoring. + Work with Lead Compounder to create daily and weekly schedule. + Assists Technical Services and MOB teams in the development and review of new and existing compounding processes. + Performs daily and weekly scale calibration checks. Weighs materials not already preweighed and staged for the batch. + Cleans, disinfects, and maintains the Nonsterile Compounding area. + Meets and maintains all required training during the year (SOP, EHS, and HR). + Support operational excellence and EHS initiatives. + Assume responsibility for the GMP, ISO, EHS awareness and compliance within the respective area. + Attend and participate in OpEx improvement initiatives such as reducing costs and OEE improvements. + All other duties, as assigned. **Internal Qualifications/Certifications:** + Aseptic Gowning + Rinse Water + CAMS + Potent Compound Physical + Respirator + Confined Space + LOTO + Disinfection + Environmental Monitoring **Qualifications/Training:** + High School diploma required; AA/AS or above preferred. + Mechanical aptitude preferred. + Able to work quickly and under pressure. + Good documentation, computer, and math skills. + Must be detail oriented and quality conscious. + Good team oriented and excellent communication skills. + Must be able to read, write, and speak English. **Shift** : Tuesday to Friday / 5:00am to 3:30pm **Start Pay Range:** $25.00 **This position may be available in the following location: Tampa, FL.** All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
