**1st Shift: Compounding Operator & Weekly Pay >$24-25** **Job Description** Candidates will be working in the compounding extrusion area where raw materials are mixed and blended to create the material that is send through extrusion. We also operate extrusion machines that are used to extrude polymer Other objectives are to become cross-functional into other areas and to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Set up will involve loading and unloading spools of material from the machines. Works in a production environment where safety glasses and safety shoes are required and/or hearing protection is required in some areas. Will lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis. the day. **Responsibilities** + Operate compounding extrusion machines used to extrude polymer. + Become cross-functional in other areas to enhance overall team efficiency. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Load and unload spools of material from the machines. + Assist packagers with packaging cartridges while machines are running. + Lift up to 50 lbs periodically. **Qualifications:** 2+ year of machine operation experience in Mixing, compounding, extrusion or food blending. **Why Work Here?** Health benefits start on day 1 when converted to full time.
