Compounding Technician
Job Title: Compounding TechnicianJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compounding Technician to join our team. This role operates on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with flexible daytime start times. You will be working in a manufacturing setting, particularly in the Pep Room, and will be responsible for operating equipment, conducting temperature checks, completing batch records per GMP and SOPs, performing product inspections, and providing samples for quality control testing. The position requires combining and pulling samples, mixing, and working within a sample lab. Responsibilities + Operate equipment, including temperature checking and completion of batch records per GMP and SOPs. + Complete necessary calculations. + Perform product inspection and provide samples for quality control testing. + Record various data points as required. + Work within the sample lab to combine and pull samples. + Engage in mixing, weighing, distillation, and compound production. + Operate batch mixers, blenders, and other relevant machinery. Essential Skills + High School degree or equivalent. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to learn and execute unique, detail-specific processes. + Previous experience in a GMP environment. + At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production. + Comfortable using an ERP system. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with batch making, blending, and using chemical compounds. Work Environment The work environment is a manufacturing setting where you will be provided with a uniform. During the summer months, the facility can get hot, and you may wear shorts.
