Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compounding Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients according to specific formulations and recipes. This role requires adherence to quality and safety standards, meticulous documentation, and collaboration with quality control and production teams to ensure consistency and quality of products.

The work environment is a manufacturing setting where you will be required to wear a provided uniform. During the summer months, shorts may be worn due to the heat. The culture is that of a small, family-owned company that values hard work, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. The company is known for its barbeque weeks during the summer and bagel/pizza parties. You will need to be able to work independently, paying close attention to detail, and be comfortable with straightforward communication at various levels. This role involves working with expensive ingredients and requires precise calculations and thorough documentation.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
