Lead a team that makes a difference
You will be responsible for ensuring Control Philosophy conceptual study, Machine Operability requirements for control, Plant systems modelling and machine operation optimization through System Dynamic Simulation for BH IET projects. You will handle and coordinate the ITO Engineering support for Operability, Shaft Line Integration and Machine Flange to Flange disciplines.
As a Compressors and Radial Expanders Operability Leader, you will be responsible for:
Interpreting the customer technical specification, ensuring the conceptual process gas system design, providing risk mitigation plan, implementing customized features, developing operability studies, safety requirements and relevant control requirements through plant system modelling and its dynamic simulation study.
Supporting the new product/system development, carried out in synergy with Product Strategies, including the definition of development paths, in collaboration with Product Management Organization, of both GTE and CTS applications.
Enhancing and expanding network with both National and International Universities & Research Institutes. This will be crucial to amplify businesses capabilities and unleash new ideas and innovative approaches.
Enhancing & expanding connections with parent BH Businesses & Centers, TTH and Digital organization.
Connecting with regional commercial hubs and Customer Engineering groups (both EPC and final Operators) to understand customer need and nurture NPD commercialization, supporting them in selecting latest available technologies, determine project feasibility, overall architecture and product interfaces for a solid product offering.
Providing leadership during the project review to ensure that all technical risk points and relevant mitigations are properly incorporated in the development of the scope, cost and proposal.
Leading and coordinating with interfacing organizations such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Site Field Service Engineering and Regional hubs, effectively communicating technical and financial aspects of team activities vertically and horizontally in the organization.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Master degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Chemical Engineering/Physics.
Have extensive experience in BH IET Engineering Design Department.
Have in-depth knowledge of BH IET products, processes and their system configurations, and modelling, as well as site support and plant startup.
Have experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Have very good inter-personal communication and leadership skills.
Be able to fluently speak and write in English.
