Your Responsibilities: + Assist the Accounting and Tax manager and coordinate with the Shared Service Center for the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of the entity's US GAAP reporting and the entity's books in French GAAP. + Drive, in coordination with the Shared Service Center, the closing in both GAAPs of the 3 EDP entities, including tax filing (VAT, CVAE, Income Tax). + Actively ensure coordination between the business division and the Shared Service Center. Actively support any issue resolution process. + Participate actively and lead locally all global and cross-divisional projects. + Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of accounting and tax rules. + Under the lead of management, ensure the quality and accuracy of the books by working regularly with the division Controllers and the Shared Service Center. + Support all types of audits/queries related to the Financial Statements. Under the responsibility of management, interact directly with tax authorities and external auditors (e.g., EY, French Tax Administration) in collaboration with the Shared Service Center. + Ensure all declarations are done on due dates: DEB, DES (Intrastat), INSEE survey. + Treasury management: Ensure coordination for funds with the international Treasury. + Manage local bank accounts to ensure sufficient funds to execute all payments. Your profile: + Accounting and Tax degree or equivalent. + Minimum of 5 years' experience in an international and matrix environment + Good communication and negotiation skills. + Ability to work daily in English. + Strong financial analytical skills. + Ease of working in a digital environment. + Working knowledge of SAP is appreciated.
