Sales and Partner Enablement Intern
Seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Partner Enablement Intern. The ideal candidate will play a key role on the HPE Compute Enablement team in creating and optimizing tools and resources that enable our sales teams and partners to effectively engage with and sell to customers. You'll have the opportunity to directly influence how we support our sellers and partners in closing deals and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Drive the development and activation of impactful sales enablement assets, such as presentations, playbooks, videos, training and more, ensuring sales teams and partners are equipped with the tools and strategies needed to excel in a competitive market.Manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and track progress for sales plays and product launches, ensuring the timely delivery of critical sales enablement initiatives.Coordinate data collection and performance analysis of enablement assets, providing insights to enhance content effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.Maintain and organize content repositories and scalable tools to track and measure enablement effectiveness, ensuring that resources are up-to-date, accessible, and effectively utilized by the sales team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, go-to-market, and product marketing, to ensure alignment on messaging, strategies, and sales enablement goals.Skills Needed:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Basic graphic design skills: Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.Multimedia experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing tools desired.Basic understanding of sales processes and strategies.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
This internship is ideal for students pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
