The position offers an exciting opportunity to become the interface between Scientists/Clinical Researchers and Siemens Healthineers. A substantial proportion of your time would be devoted to support common research projects, involving Siemens Healthineers Computed Tomography’s and providing consultation, as well as scientific support to our research partners.
Role to be based in Stockholm, Sweden. This position reports to Zone/Country Business AreaManager.
Your tasks and responsibilities:Manage and support scientific collaborations at luminary institutions and drive joint projects to lead to publications.Collaborate with R&D development teams and clinical partner, for comprehensive evaluation and testing of prototypes and to explore new avenues for clinical applications of Siemens Healthineers Computed Tomography.Identify, build and support strong collaborative relationships with key thought leaders.Draft and collate all collaboration contracts with support from country Collaboration Officer, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance.Tracking milestones and deliverables of research projectsYour expertise:Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering and/or Medicine.Experience in Photon Counting Computed Tomography technology, clinical workflows in radiology and/or radiation oncology. Strong clinical and technical background in the fields of Computed Tomography and Medical Imaging.Experience in an academic, industry or healthcare seƫng, with a proven track record of publishing research findings.Ability to take initiative and lead projects in multi-disciplinary groups.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collabora vely in a multi-disciplinary environment and explain complex topics to a range of stakeholders.Experience working in a clinical and multi-disciplinary environment.Fluency in English language, both written and spoken, essential.Willing and flexibility to travel up to 40%, including short term international trips.
