As a Computer and Network Infrastructure Lead Engineer, you will implement projects and upgrades to deliver Distributed Control Systems’ IT Infrastructure (Servers and Workstations, Networks, Virtualization, Software Deployment, and Cybersecurity) for process industry automation (such as Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil and gas, and Refining).
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, execution, and optimization of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring cybersecurity compliance with standards. You will lead technical teams, handle project risks, ensure secure system execution, and maintain high-quality standards. The role also involves fostering team development, mentoring engineers, and communicating optimally with customers to achieve project goals while adhering to timelines and budgets.

Proficient in English with a third European language preferred (written and verbal). Computer literate (MS Office) with software programming skills. Basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and principles, including machine learning, neural networks, and data analysis. Experience with AI-powered tools or platforms is a plus Willingness to travel with a European focus mainly for shorter periods (up to 25%) as required.
