Kforce has a client in Vienna, VA that is seeking a Computer Engineer - ERP & Data Migration Specialist. ERP Implementation and Management: * Assist with the setup, configuration, and customization of ERP software to align with business requirements * Collaborate with clients'various departments to understand their needs and enhance ERP functionalities accordingly * Troubleshoot, optimize, and document ERP configurations, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime Data Migration and Management: * Design and execute data migration strategies for moving data from legacy systems to ERP and other platforms * Conduct data mapping, validation, and testing to maintain high data accuracy and integrity * Develop and document data migration plans, and monitor data flow to ensure secure, consistent, and accurate data transfers AWS Cloud Support: * Assist in managing and supporting cloud-based environments, with a focus on ERP integration within AWS infrastructure * Monitor resource usage and performance within AWS to ensure reliable ERP operations * Implement security measures and performance optimizations as necessary in collaboration with cloud engineers Technical Collaboration and Support: * Work closely with the IT and Business teams to ensure ERP systems align with organizational needs and objectives * Provide technical guidance and support on data handling best practices and ERP optimization * Create documentation for ERP configurations, migration procedures, and technical processes for knowledge sharing and troubleshooting
