Gordon)) Clearance: Secret Certifications: CompTIA Security+CE Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field Roles and Responsibilities: + Minimum three (3) years of experience. + Prepare, maintain and keep updated IT procedures and documentation related to our processes and platforms operations. Supervise, hire, and train IT Department employees. + Manage resources and processes required to design, plan, and support all information products and services. + Research and evaluate new technologies to be used as enhancements or upgrades to existing server, network, and other IT infrastructure equipment. + Organize and directs site surveys, documents and analyzes current configurations, performs environmental impact assessments, designs optimal topologies, and prepares supporting technical drawings and engineering plans. Ensures compliance with layout specifications and safety codes. + Test and performs onsite/offsite repairs to installed GOTS/COTS equipment at all standard levels. + Provides agency engineering staff with all related support to accomplish technical projects.
