Summary Supervise computer-related operations within the distribution center to ensure efficiency. Troubleshoot and correct hardware and software problems in a facility with a wide variety of both handheld and desktop computers and peripheral devices. Requirements: + Superior leadership skills. + AutoZone management and leadership training. + Ability to multitask. + Ability to analyze information and direct a work force accordingly. + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. + Experience working in a team-oriented environment. + Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. + PC literacy, including excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes software. + Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and/or maintain RF equipment, desktop PCs, and servers. + Ability to understand policies and procedures and to clearly relate them to others. + Ability to relocate is a plus. Responsibilities: + Manage day-to-day computer-related operations for all shifts of a large distribution center, including start-of-day, end-of-day, and end-of-week functions. + Ensure that store billings are completed correctly. + Ensure the timely processing of will call orders + Maintain supplies of labels for order selectors. · + Maintain system and data security by administering access levels for all AutoZoners in the facility. + Monitor damages to computer equipment and find ways to reduce the money spent on replacements
