batches that failed to export from IBML high speed scanners to DREAMS Work Flow Monitor on DREAMS for any stuck batches Check Deposit Monitor for any stuck transactions or checks with bad images The operator will be involved with maintaining the production systems by: running Powershell scripts to transfer the images of checks/vouchers/tax returns to Filenet legacy and P8 system. sending emails to Processing to rescan bad tax returns. sending emails to Processing to pull and manual deposit any foreign checks. 2 - 5 years of experience Work experience of Microsoft Windows environment (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (2016)/Microsoft family products (Words, Excel, Outlook and Teams) Good communication skills
