Job Description:

The hours for the role are as follows: Thursday – Mondays 4:30pm-1:00am  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resolves common operating problems as defined in operating instructions.Handles Password Resets from the after hour support deskLevel 1 help desk routing if necessary    Submits programs, following a pre- determined scheduleMonitors job scheduler tool and associated logs.Determines incident criticality and responds appropriately based on impact of issueLogs all relevant informationKeeps team apprised of any issue occurring during shiftCompletes any training deemed necessary because of system upgrades or new processes.Assists with training of new computer operators (trainees).Has little or no responsibility after hours, shift changes may be required because of vacation or illness of another operator.Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Supervisory Responsibilities·The Computer Operator has no supervisory responsibilitiesQualification RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma, or equivalent requiredAS degree in a related discipline preferred
