Summary: Seeking a Computer Support Specialist with experience in IT technical support, hardware setup, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1 year or more of IT technical experience or recent college graduate
Experience with hardware/new user setup, break-fix for hardware/software
Knowledge of computing and networking concepts
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions
Knowledge of computer security policies
Degree in Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience (High School diploma or equivalent)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow queues
Job Responsibilities:
Imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing of outdated assets
Resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues
Setting up laptops for remote workers
Participating in weekend On-Call rotation
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
