Computer Support Specialist

Summary: Seeking a Computer Support Specialist to manage hardware setups, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1 year or more IT technical experience

Experience with hardware/new user setup

Customer service experience

Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:

Experience with break-fix for hardware/software

Job Responsibilities:

Imaging computers and setting up laptops for remote workers

Replacing printer toner and disposing of outdated assets

Resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
