Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a IT Support Specialist in Albany, New York. The job function involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries in the health care industry. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. • Accurately process customer credit applications, adhering to all standard operating procedures. • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records, ensuring data integrity. • Monitor customer accounts regularly, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action. • Collaborate with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. • Participate in permanent processes, contributing to the selection of the best candidates. • Assist in the closing of deals, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. • Provide system administration support, ensuring optimal performance and security. • Support the primary care department, contributing to the delivery of high-quality health care services. • Participate in the preparation of Request For Quotation (RFQ), ensuring all requirements are accurately captured. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in 'About Time' software for efficient project management • Familiarity with 'Medical Coverage' policies and procedures is required • Strong understanding of 'Pricing' strategies and principles • Knowledge of 'Hiring Processes' and best practices • Experience working with 'Vendors' and managing vendor relationships • Proficiency in 'Closing' techniques and strategies • Must have expertise in 'System Administration' • Familiarity with 'Scale Out' procedures and methods • Experience in 'Primary Care' settings or related environment • Must be able to handle 'Request For Quotation' processes effectively.
