The Opportunity

The position is to support a Special Project for an Intelligence Community customer in Frederick, Maryland.The project is to maintain and evolve an existing set of computer applications on multiple networks.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 2 System Engineers and 2 Developers.Apply technology enhancements to baseline systems, software, and services.Provide software engineering, development, and integration services.Provide server administration and management for development, integration, test, and production of virtual and physical serves on multiple networks.Design, document and coordinate a storage strategy that supports continuity of operations (COOP).

Qualifications

Required:

TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.Expertise in software development tasks and AGILE development of new and exiting applications.Expertise in Risk Management Framework (RMF) handling XACTA data requirements and all aspects of acquiring government authority to operate (ATO).Ability to develop and supervise a system/software lifecycle management cycle.Working knowledge of the USG C2S cloud application.Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, math or a medical field with 12 years of experience.

Desired:

Masters degree in computer science, data science, math or a medical field.Previous experience in a medical organization.Previous experience with an intelligence organization.Familiarity with DoD Instruction DoDI 8500.1, DoDI8500.2, DoDI 10.01, ICD 503 and the national Institute of Standards and Technology and Technology Special Publications 800-144 and 145.Experience integrating COTs capability into GOTs applications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$102,900 - $216,200
