Location: DHS Offices located at 3801 Nebraska Ave, Washington, DC or other offices within the National Capital Region (NCR).

Annual Salary Range: $40 to $60 per hour

INTECON, LLC is seeking a technically skilled Computer Systems Analyst to provide subject matter expertise in support of DHS I&A's internal control program. This role includes designing and managing information systems to support audit, analytics, and data-driven financial oversight processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The roles shall include:
+ Provide technical expertise in IT general computer controls, data processing audit activities, and application control analysis.
+ Support internal control assessment activities by interpreting system-level audit evidence and supporting ITGC reviews.
+ Develop, maintain, and execute automated solutions using SQL and Audit Command Language (ACL) to support compliance testing and reporting.
+ Support integration of analytic tools into SharePoint and dashboard environments.
+ Address Government inquiries within required timelines and provide defensible and actionable data insights.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
Experience:
+ Minimum of 4 years of subject matter expertise in IT audits, general computer control evaluations, and data processing audits.
+ Experience developing solutions using ACL, SQL, and data transformation techniques.
Preferred Certifications and Training:
+ Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
Proficiency in:
+ SQL, ACL, and data auditing platforms
+ SharePoint site configuration and integration
+ Data integrity assurance in compliance environments
Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TOP SECRET/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
