Position Requirements:
Build dashboards and reports for planning efforts.Use WebFocus v7 and v8 to program, maintain, and monitor databases to support the analysis tools including: data dashboard, comparative analysis, real-time alerts, internal search tool, and visualization options.Provide technical and administrative direction for personnel performing BI software programming tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards and for progress in accordance with schedules.Provide BI system recommendations, if needed, for approval of major BI system installations, upgrades, product changes/modifications.Prepare milestone status reports and deliver presentations on BI system change proposals to colleagues, subordinates, and end user representativesGeneral Experience:
Must have five (5) years of computer experience in informationsystems design.Prior experience with technical programming and maintaining custom applications in WebFOCUS v7 and WebFOCUS v8 with Windows 2008 Servers that communicate with DB2 and/or SQL Server 2008 and 2012 databasesPrior experience creating and maintaining agency and executive dashboards.Previous leadership role in dashboard creation and maintenance, plus data migration and master data management.Excellent oral communication skills Specialized Experience:At least three (3) years of experience in IT systems analysis and programming.Education:
Bachelors' Degree with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline or 3 years equivalent experience in a related field.
